PAYROLL SOLUTIONS

Full payroll support monthly retainer:
  • Create payslips for Employees as per client request and SARS requirements
  • Manage annual, sick, and family responsibility leave
  • Register Employees for PAYE if not yet registered
  • Send payslips to employees with e-mail
  • Handle all employees queries monthly
  • Assist with loading Bank file on Bank (once-off transaction)
  • Load EMP201 (PAYE, UIF, SDL) on e-Filings monthly
  • Send UIF declarations monthly
  • Submit IRP5 reconciliation Aug and Feb
  • Yearly EMP501 submission on eFiling
  • Create SARS easy file database
  • Send individual IRP5 Yearly including terminations
  • Send UI19 to terminated employees
  • Send Monthly reports for record-keeping to the client (PDF)

WHAT TO DO!

Clients:
  • Send all employee correct info as per SARS requirements
  • Send hours or days worked of every employee monthly
  • Send leave forms monthly
  • Sign off final payroll
  • Load payment on the bank
  • Release PAYE (Before the 7th of every month)
  • All payroll info must be sent 24 hours in advance for processing
